Cynthia Gordon, MD, JD
Medical Director
After following a circuitous career path from many years as an attorney, through the process of becoming a physician, and then serving as the medical director of an addiction treatment program, I finally found my home and calling in 2010, when I joined the IPHP team.
I am board certified in psychiatry and addiction medicine. I am grateful to be in a position where I am able to confidentially and autonomously serve my healthcare colleagues as they regain personal and professional wellness and vitality.
I joined the IPHP team in 2013 after working for 11 years as a clinician in a professionals treatment program.
The majority of my work at IPHP is with pharmacists and physicians, however, I also work with a variety of other licensed healthcare professionals. I appreciate the opportunities I have to support others on their path to wellness.

It has been my pleasure to serve the IPHP team since 1992, providing support in the areas of toxicology, clerical and financial services.
I am honored to work with such an esteemed team of knowledgeable and caring professionals.
I joined the IPHP team in 2019 with a long and diverse history including intervention, treatment and teaching experiences.
My work at IPHP involves supporting physicians, pharmacists, nurses, therapists, and other health care professionals. I am grateful for the opportunity to travel alongside the journeys of recovery and wellness.
